Apparently not all carriers integrate with Shopify. So where my UPS delivery was automatically updated to "Delivered" in Shopify, my delivery by an LTL carrier has remained as "Fulfilled". I know for sure it was delivered as I spoke with the customer afterwards, and the tracking number also shows delivered. Does anyone know how to manually update this in Shopify, or whether it's allowed?
For one thing, I prefer accuracy. But additionally, I have my Judge.me app set up to automatically send a review request after delivery. Since the status never updated, the customer has not received that request.
