I was diagnosed with autism in 2012 and ADHD in 2022. I also have 3 children, all of whom have AuDHD.
This community was born out of frustration at the struggle to get support for my children. Getting help for my children has been incredibly hard, and whilst the support is top notch, the road to gaining it has been more complicated than necessary.
The reason for this is that autism and ADHD are not widely understood in my corner of Spain. What this community aims to do is to educate and inform so that help is more accessible and more readily available.
