Morning Prayer
Heavenly Father, We come before You this morning with grateful hearts. Thank You for the gift of another day, for breath in our lungs, and for Your mercies that are new every morning. Lord, as snow falls and roads become uncertain, we ask for Your divine protection. Cover every family represented here. Keep us safe as we travel, work, and go about our responsibilities. Place Your angels around our homes and vehicles. Let no harm come near us. Father, in a world that feels unsettled and heavy with so much going on around us, we choose to fix our eyes on You. You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. When fear tries to rise, replace it with faith. When anxiety whispers, let Your peace speak louder. Keep us grounded and glued to Your Holy Word. Give us a hunger for our Bibles like never before. Draw us deeper into Your presence daily. Let Your truth guide our decisions, guard our hearts, and light our path. Teach us to walk in love, extend mercy, and seek Your face in all we do. Purify our hearts. Strengthen our faith. Help us reflect Christ in our homes, workplaces, and communities. Lord, pour out Your love over us today. Wrap us in Your mercy. May we not be shaken by the storms outside or the storms in the world, because we are anchored in You. We trust You. We depend on You. We rest in You. In Jesus’ mighty and precious name, Amen.
Moving forward
No matter what this week has held, remember this: God is not surprised by your struggle. He is not distant from your pain. And He is not finished with your story. The same God who parted seas, closed lions’ mouths, and rolled stones away is the One walking with you today. When you feel weak — He is your strength. When you feel uncertain — He is your wisdom. When you feel alone — He is nearer than your next breath. You may not see the full picture, but you can trust the One who does. Keep praying. Keep believing. Keep showing up. Breakthroughs often begin in the quiet places of faithfulness. “Be strong and courageous… for the Lord your God goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you.” — Deuteronomy 31:6 This is your reminder: You are held. You are called. You are never walking alone.
Very true
