Catch it earlier
Most relapses don’t just happen.
They build.
It starts small:
a thought
a feeling
a moment you don’t deal with
Then it grows.
By the time it feels “out of control,” it’s already been building for a while.
That’s why this matters:
Your power is not at the breaking point.

Today, pay attention to the early signs:
irritation
boredom
loneliness
“I don’t care” thoughts
Don’t ignore them.
Interrupt it early:
step outside
text someone safe
change your environment
tell yourself the truth about where that path leads
You don’t need to fight a full storm
if you catch it when it’s just starting to rain.
