Hello to my beautiful community, today is a new day and I have been experiencing quite the head cold this past week. I have been waking up so late (12-1pm ish) which is unheard of from me. Of course, my mind has been telling me things like, you need to get up early tomorrow, you have this to do and you have that to do, lets do a work out but being in the driers seat I don't let my ego dictate what I should or shouldn't do. My body needs rest, so rest is what is on my agenda with the bare minimum of action taking because when you allow your body to rest it can repair much faster! Making space is essential! Who here always carries on and pushes through even when they feel like shit?
