I've quit, I've gone back, and I've stood at a gas station in the worst moment of my life reaching for cigarettes because my brain remembered that inhale and exhale meant calm. I get it. I really get it. And that's exactly why I built this community. Now it's your turn. No judgment. No shame. Just real women telling real stories.
