Most people don’t realize this… The conversation happening in your mind is shaping the direction of your life. Fear.Doubt.Assumptions.Worst-case scenarios. If you don’t interrupt it, it becomes your narrative. But you have a choice. You can keep rehearsing what’s wrong…or you can start speaking to the One who is right. Prayer isn’t a last resort. It’s direct access. No delay. No middleman. No confusion. If you’re going to talk it through…make sure you’re talking to the One who actually has the authority to change it. Change the narrative.

Lately, everyone keeps talking about a "glow-up". So, what exactly is a glow-up? It's basically a form of self-improvement to make one look more attractive on the outside. As Christian women, we know that it doesn't matter what's on the outside. In God's eyes, it's what's on the inside that counts. God wants our hearts to be beautiful. I've created this 21-day devotional/study to help us glow-up with God. Because we can have perfect hair and perfect skin but if our hearts are not beautiful, then our good looks really don't account for much. Please download and print this study out if you want or create a special journal or notebook.
