Hi Everyone.... Thanks for your patience with this group. I have been trying to figure out how to meet my BCFSA Regulatory Requirements and I think I've figured it out. As you may or may not know, as a Realtor I'm obligated to make sure you understand that before you share too much personal, or financial information with me, that I present you the two forms attached here below. Essentially you can either be "Represented" by me or "Not Represented" by me.
As we build this community, my intention is to have 3 tiers as follows.
1)-Standard-This would be free for everyone regardless of "Agency Relationship", and would include all educational videos and most webinars and would allow individuals to learn about "Shared Home Ownership"
2)-Premium-This category would be free for up to the first 500 members, and would include all individuals who choose an "Agency Relationship" with me. What would be included would be everything the Standard membership includes, webinars, open house tours (online and physical) matchmaking services and more.
3)-VIP- This category would be for individuals who are actively engaged in finding a partner, those that are getting coached on financial services, and are shopping for a home. This category would also include Developers, Builders, Mortgage Brokers and individuals who want to brainstorm, and help develop webinar content for our Community. Members in the VIP will also get coaching and access to my 13 page Joint Venture Agreement.
