Taming the toxic
A bit about me 18 months ago I was 20+ year weed smoking alcoholic and 6 stone over weight (st16.10)coughing up blood and getting out of breath putting my socks on and now I'm 18 months sober down to (st10.10)and fit as fiddle best shape I've ever been in mentally,emotionally and physically and I'm gonna see if I can pull a few of you guys out the darkness aswell
