Hello everyone
Do any of you use play therapy strategies with adults? I’m a child centered play therapist and I’m currently facilitating an adult group therapy series called “Improv Therapy for Anxiety”. We’re using simple improv games and scene-work to help group members let go of perfectionism and move towards greater self acceptance.
I’d like to connect with other therapists who are using play-based approaches with adults.
I’m also working on learning more effective ways of supporting parents in my work as a child therapist.
Attached is a flyer describing my ongoing in-person group. Just informational; I’m not currently offering the class online.
