Something cute for my girl.

Happy first week of summer. As I catch up on making videos, i want to remind you to always be inspired. I stopped today and made a quick summer mood board. Just things that I want to explore and make. I also bought a half scale mannequin to save on fabric. I can't wait to show you what Im working on. Pencil skirt videos are up! I had fun making this one. It only took 1 yard of fabric. This fabric is from Walmart $4.68 https://www.walmart.com/ip/5430886535?sid=8699B14D-E28A-47D6-AE67-71766EA79372 -skirt is 15 inches long -zipper I shorten to 12 inches -seam allowance is 1/2 inch -hem is 1 inch (I suggest adding 1/4 for folding) -facing pieces are 2 1/2 inches wide Happy Sewing!
