MAT Yeni Çalışan Uyum Programı, yeni ekip üyelerinin MAT’ı, çalışma kültürünü, kullanılan sistemleri ve görevlerini hızlı ve doğru şekilde öğrenmesini sağlar. Program; uyum rehberi, başlangıç kontrol listesi, göreve özel uyum süreci ve ilk 30 gün değerlendirmesinden oluşur. Amaç, her çalışanın ne yaptığını, neden yaptığını ve kimlerle nasıl çalışacağını ilk günden net biçimde bilmesidir.

MAT Çalışan Akademisi, günlük görevlerimizin, çalışma yönergelerimizin, araştırmalarımızın ve gelişim çalışmalarımızın merkezi. Burada ne yapılacağını, nasıl yapılacağını, ne zaman tamamlanacağını ve tamamlandığının nasıl gösterileceğini bulabilirsiniz. Complete the sections step by step to learn how we manage projects, collaborate, document our work, use our digital tools, and maintain quality and accountability. The goal is to help you start confidently and understand not only what we do, but also how and why we work this way.

The L4Y Staff Academy helps employees understand our organisation, values, working principles and daily processes. It provides practical guidance on communication, meetings, task management, document standards, digital tools, Skool community responsibilities, and Erasmus+ project work. New employees should complete the relevant sections during onboarding and use the Academy as a continuing reference throughout their work at L4Y.
