I created something new that I wanted to share with you
Rooted: a light language activation is a guided journey using breathwork, meditation, sound, singing and light language to help you come back into your body, create safety within, and begin releasing the blocks that may be keeping you from fully stepping into your power and gifts.
Find somewhere cozy, put your headphones in, close your eyes and give yourself space to receive.
This practice is a little taste of the work we’ll be moving through inside Becoming the Oracle, my online women’s program launching in January 2027.
Becoming the Oracle is about deepening your connection to yourself, strengthening your intuition, opening your gifts, finding your voice and learning to trust what you already know within you.
