Hi beautiful, I created something new that I wanted to share with you Rooted: a light language activation is a guided journey using breathwork, meditation, sound, singing and light language to help you come back into your body, create safety within, and begin releasing the blocks that may be keeping you from fully stepping into your power and gifts. This practice is a little taste of the work we’ll be moving through inside Becoming the Oracle, my online women’s program launching in January 2027.
