Day 3 Task 3
For my morning routine i wake up and go on my phone and scroll which is obviously not great, i then get up shower etc, eat breakfast while i do my first hour or so of study for university.
For a setters routine i think they would either get up get ready then look at their messages, check pipeline etc then get on with work. Or they would look at their messages in bed but that is also not a good habit.
The gap in the morning routines is that i wake up and instantly look at my phone, as well as that being a bad habit im not looking at anything productive either wasting the first 30 to 45 mins of my day where i could be doing something good.
