Birth certificate
Birth certificate update: went to go get a 2cd certified copy of my BC, the first thing I asked was about the long form aka: live birth certificate I was told they stopped giving them out in 1987/88
But when I got home and looked at it the number (CUSIP) under the barcode is completely different than the first one I got. So they are 2 different numbers. Has anyone else come across this?
