Success is defined as the achievement of pre-defined goals. A really powerful goal is when you align your intention with your emotions. That's when you step into 'the flow' and things just 'seem' to happen. The reason it does is because by setting a written goal you have activated a part of the brain called the Reticular Activating System - and by doing so you've raised your awareness to be on the watch for the opportunities that help your goals become reality. While goal-setting is something I do all the time with my coaching clients, I recommend reviewing your goals every quarter. After all, if the biggest businesses in the world operate on quarterly goals, why shouldn't you.
