My routine kicks in sunday and runs till thursday and i keep my checklist pretty simple so i don’t lose my daily rituals trying to add extra things.
One thing i’ve been implementing daily (again) is 30 minutes of doing nothing. I literally sit there and put a timer on. It sounds silly (i know) but it really helps reset my mind and reduce that jitteriness you get from constantly being on your phone and over stimulated. Fun fact: my best ideas always come during that time.
