Day 7. We made it through the first week together. ๐ŸŒฟโœจ
I want to take a moment to honor you.
You showed up.
Day after day, breath after breath, you chose yourself.
That is not small. That is everything.
Today we close the week with one of the most quietly powerful practices there is ... gratitude. Not a long list. Not a journaling session.
Just one moment to acknowledge something good.
Gratitude shifts us. It gently moves our attention from what's hard to what's here. And, what's here is often more than we notice when we're moving fast.
โœจ Today's Activity:
Take a brief pause today and acknowledge one thing you appreciate.
It can be as simple as sunlight through a window, a cup of something warm, the fact that you made it through the week.
Let yourself feel it, not just think it.
