We all have. Reacting from a place of stress or emotion rarely serves us the way we want it to.
The pause before the response is a gift to yourself and to the people around you.

Before responding to something today, whether it's a text, a question, or a tense moment, pause for just a moment and breathe first. One breath. One second of stillness before you speak or act.
Notice what shifts when you create that small space.
