Purpose of the Laugh It Off Series
Main Purpose of the Laugh It Off Book Series The primary purpose of the 8 Laugh It Off books is to help children and youth build emotional resilience, self-awareness, and healthy coping skills through humor, relatable stories, and real-life situations they actually face. Each book is designed to meet students at their developmental level and show them that: Big feelings are normal Struggles don’t define them They are not alone Laughter can be a healthy tool for healing and growth. But sometimes it's hard to Laugh It Off. The series uses age-appropriate humor and authentic scenarios to open conversations around topics such as bullying, emotional regulation, friendship conflict, self-esteem, online pressure, mentorship, and navigating change. Rather than telling kids what to do, Laugh It Off models how to pause, reflect, and respond in positive ways. Across all 8 books, the goal is to: Reduce stigma around emotions and mental health Strengthen social-emotional learning (SEL) skills Encourage empathy, kindness, and accountability Empower students to find their voice and inner strength Provide educators, families, and communities with a shared language for emotional growth For the Skool community, Laugh It Off is meant to be a supportive, inclusive resource—one that helps young people feel seen, valued, and capable, while reinforcing the idea that even during tough moments, hope, connection, and laughter still matter. The books are for sale on all Amazon platforms and are great for read alouds in classrooms from2 to grade 12
