Morning
- Warm water
- Light movement (even indoors)

During the day

- Short walks / calf raises
- Water throughout the day
Evening
- Legs up for 10ā15 mins (this alone helps swelling!)
Night
- Magnesium (for muscle relaxation)
- Calf stretch (1 min each side)
- Gentle foot massage
