Sleeping Game Fun !!!
Be honest… how did you sleep last night? 😅 If your answer is: “meh…” or “I don’t even want to talk about it” 😭 You’re not alone. Because apparently… we scroll till 1am 📱 wake up at 6 😩 drink coffee like it’s a personality trait ☕😂 …and by Wednesday we’re walking around like zombies 🧟♀️ (When I read that… I HOLLERED 🤣 because why is this so accurate?!) But here’s what hit me… Sleep isn’t just “rest” It’s your energy Your mood Your focus Even how you show up for your family 💛 And most of us? We’ve never actually been taught how to get better at it. So I’ve joined a Sleep Challenge inside a community — and I love the idea already 👀 ✔️ Log your sleep in seconds ✔️ Build streaks ✔️ Earn rewards (yes real ones 😄) ✔️ And do it with others — not alone Because let’s be honest… Doing it alone is where we quietly stop.
