Who is James Jones?
Hello everyone! My name is James , and I was born and raised in the heart of Memphis, Tennessee. I’ve been in the real estate industry since 2003, and during that time, I’ve had the opportunity to explore nearly every corner of this business. From flipping properties to running a nationwide wholesaling company with seven offices (some with over 40 wholesalers at a time), I’ve built a career grounded in hard work and a passion for creating lasting value. Today, my main focus is on Section 8 real estate investing, and I’m proud to say I own several hundred doors, with over $75 million in owned assets. At this stage in my career, I’ve honestly stopped counting the doors—my focus now is on scaling impact rather than numbers. More importantly, my mission is to help others succeed in real estate without falling victim to the "shiny guru" scams we see far too often. I’ve seen it all, and I’m committed to sharing real-world strategies and lessons I’ve learned along the way to help everyone here elevate to the next stage of their lives. Does anyone suggest or frown at using out of state accountants

Good morning, Question …. With private tenants ( non section 8 tenants) do you use the same lease agreement that’s provided here? Also, what process do you use for private tenants? Meaning, reference checks , background checks, home inspections, etc. Thank you
