Some days feel easy. Other days, resistance shows up loud and convincing. But here’s the shift: ➡️ Awareness of resistance is still meditation. If your mind is busy… If your body feels restless… If you’re avoiding the practice… And you notice it… You’re already in it. ➡️ A Simple Return Practice (Try This Today) - Sit wherever you are - Take 3 slow breaths - Say silently: “I am here." That’s it. No pressure. No perfection. Just presence. ➡️ Remember - Progress comes from consistency, not intensity - Each breath is a new beginning - Returning is the practice ➡️ Reflection + Engagement Let’s make this real together: 1. What resistance shows up most for you when it’s time to meditate? (Restlessness, boredom, overthinking, “no time,” etc.) 2. What’s the smallest version of meditation you can commit to on challenging days? (1 breath? 1 minute? sitting quietly?) 3. Right now—pause and take 3 conscious breaths.
