Why I feel emotional
Why I feeling drain and so down all day. It like i just feel like i am not good enough. I feel like crying all day but didn't. I want for a small walk that help a little but the feeling is still there stuck. I just want to have a good day. I know soon I will go to bed. I will do some of my diamond art maybe put music on that is calming. I am on my grounding mat.

That struggle is very real. It sounds like you have some fantastic self care tools. Diamond art sounds very creative. I have been taught that it’s important to refocus your thoughts outward when those things aren’t helping. Helping someone or animals has been very effective for me. Even though it’s the last thing I feel like doing, making a list of things I am grateful for also helps. It’s hard to get started but once the ball does start rolling my heart lightens. I also love this meditation to refocus my energy when I struggle. It’s 5 minutes long, but hits home. https://youtu.be/nqj7_FoiiRM?si=cCUm0pVOHTmV1tpp. Music is powerful, choose wisely. I have a special playlist for bad days. Being the ā€œobserverā€ is teaching me that my feelings are not the outcome I am stuck in but a step in a process. They point the way to what needs attention. If you can look at them as a clue and find the original trigger. I heard a thought that I love and goes something likeā€¦ā€You are a unique collection of energy like a song the universe has created and never again will reproduce.ā€( that’s paraphrase and I think Allen WattsšŸ¤”) You truly are special and very much good enough. Praise God our feelings don’t dictate our worth. How ever you feel, you are always more than enough. You’re a co-creator who is a light in the dark even on the dimmest day. The post in general discussion about being a co-creator is a very uplifting read. Worth a reread. Everyday we get a chance to try again. I am training myself to remember this when I wake up. ā€œ I get to try againā€. That changes the direction of my day also. I hope you can sense my empathy in this response. Your words are very familiar to me. These feelings tend to isolate people but so many of us are in this boat. You are enough and not alone. 🫶
About Me — Don Weyant
Founder, Meditation Life Skills Podcast & The Secrets of Meditating Private Community "Meditation isn't about becoming someone new—it's about remembering who you already are." — Don Weyant. I'm Don Weyant, a meditation guide, metaphysical minister, and creator of a global field of calm through Meditation Life Skills and The Secrets of Meditating. My work is dedicated to helping awakened souls remember their inner light and reconnect with the deeper intelligence that lives within the stillness of every breath. Through more than 34 million podcast downloads, I've shared messages of presence, frequency, emotional healing, and inner expansion. My path blends metaphysics, ancient spiritual practices, sound healing, and intuitive awareness into teachings designed for the evolving consciousness of our time. I hold a Bachelor of Metaphysical Science (B.MSc.), am an ordained metaphysical minister, and am a certified meditation teacher through multiple wisdom lineages. However, my true education stemmed from the life experiences that shattered me and the prolonged quest for meaning. Meditation was the bridge. Presence was the turning point. Stillness was the awakening. Today, my mission is simple: to help you experience the quiet intelligence behind your thoughts, the light beneath your challenges, and the timeless presence that has been guiding you all along. You didn't discover this by accident. Your frequency led you here. And I'm honored to walk beside you. My mission is to take complex meditation concepts and translate them into everyday wisdom you can use immediately, no matter your background. You'll find guided meditations, sound healing, Solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats, mindfulness training, metaphysical insight, sleep music, emotional healing tools, and a step-by-step 4-Week Path to Presence for beginners and long-time seekers alike. I don't believe you're here by accident. Out of all the places on the internet, you found your way to this space—a place dedicated to peace, healing, awareness, and compassion. I would be honored to walk beside you on this journey.

@Don Weyant Everyone has a Stargate and not much work gets done. It’s ok though because we mine all their gold so it works out. No, wait, that’s the other galaxy! 🤭 I am going to guess that the blue is spirit, the red is the energy of this human experience and the gold circle is everything being connected.
🌌 The Observer vs Our Personal Identity
In WEEK 3's Metaphysical Lesson, we explore a powerful metaphysical concept: "The difference between Identity Consciousness and Observer Consciousness, and we will learn about the Advanced Consciousness Map." What if most stress, overthinking, and emotional struggle come from being unconsciously "inside the story" of your life? - "As you watch anything, there is the observer... the observer and the observed, the thinker and the thought. So there is always a division..." — Krishnamurti Foundation Trust, Krishnamurti Foundation Trust You'll learn how to step out of reactive patterns, create inner space, and begin living from the calm awareness that can witness thoughts, emotions, and experiences without being overwhelmed by them. Here is a 2-Minute Daily Presence Practice You Can Use Right NOW! We will cover more of this on Wednesday evening at 7 PM EST. ⭐ When to use this life-changing meditation technique: • before difficult conversations • when feeling overwhelmed • before making decisions • after emotional triggers • during morning routine • before sleep This 2-Minute/4-step exercise is a real-life meditation. āž”ļø Step 1—Pause the Momentum (20 seconds) Stop what you are doing. Do not fix anything yet. Just pause. Take one slow breath in… And a longer breath out. Feel your feet or your seat. This gesture interrupts unconscious reactivity. āž”ļø Step 2—Notice What Is Happening (40 seconds) Gently ask: "What is being experienced right now?" Notice: • thoughts • emotions • body sensations • environmental sounds Do not analyze. Just observe. Silently label: "Thinking…" "Feeling…" "Sensation…" You are training the nervous system to recognize awareness. āž”ļø Step 3—Rest as the Observer (40 seconds) Now shift attention slightly backward. Imagine awareness becoming wider. Instead of being inside the experience… You are aware of the experience. The experience is similar to observing waves from the shore. Silently repeat: "I am the awareness noticing this moment."
