Inside this community, you’ll be surrounded by other women 45+ desiring to improve their lives - mind, body, and soul. We are seeking to enter mid-life strong and equipped. Avoid the mid-life crisis of coming to a place where you don’t recognize yourself or are desperate to break free of how past decisions have “locked you in”. This is your space to: • exchange ideas with others • offer encouragement and ask for support • stay motivated on your goals • be respectful and protect what others share in the group (we want to feel safe sharing ideas) This is not your space to be aggressive in pushing "your way or the highway" mentality in the comments. You can offer help or suggestions when someone asks. Don't be spammy or try selling to people. If someone likes what you have to share, Skool is an awesome community where you can DM someone privately to connect. So now, we begin with one simple but powerful question: Why did you decide to join in? What are you motivated to achieve? Sharing your voice helps encourage others

What’s something you once called a “failure” that might actually have been preparation?
Two years ago, I set a huge goal — one that looked amazing on paper.I was excited, motivated, and absolutely certain I’d follow through. But life had other plans. The excitement faded, the structure broke down, and I found myself quietly avoiding the thing that once lit me up. For a long time, I called that failure. But now, I see it differently. Sometimes, we don’t finish things because we’re not yet the person who can. We have to grow into the woman who can carry that dream — emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. This week, I’m celebrating how close I am to completing that two-year-old goal… and it feels peaceful, not rushed. If you’ve ever felt behind on your own dreams, I want you to remember: You’re not behind. You’re becoming. Answer in the comments: What’s something you once called a “failure” that might actually have been preparation?

Where do you get stuck the most?
We all have moments where we feel stuck — sometimes it shows up in our energy, sometimes in our focus, sometimes in our follow-through. I’m curious… which of these feels most like you right now?

Feel like you’re working hard but not making any real progress?
You start projects but don’t finish them. You stay busy but don’t feel accomplished. Your brain keeps jumping from one thing to the next. And even though you want more for your life, your nervous system feels rattled and unprepared for the new journey you dream of. This is the shadow side many women live in — the place where your desire for more collides with distractions, scattered focus, and self-sabotage. In Human Design, we call it living in the shadow. And for women who also carry ADHD symptoms (sometimes without even realizing it), the struggle can feel even heavier. In this group, we’re uniquely building awareness — learning how to recognize our Human Design patterns so we can experiment with new ways of standing in our power, using our gifts, and creating better results. At the same time, we’re supporting our ADHD brains and the distractions that so often set us back. Blending these two approaches helps you start exploring the resources and supports you need to finally get on track and make real strides toward your goals. It’s not because you’re lazy, broken, or incapable. It’s because your brain and body are working against the alignment you were designed for. The shadow keeps you spinning in frustration instead of stepping into satisfaction. The way forward begins with awareness. Understanding your design. Honoring the way your brain functions instead of fighting against it. When you do that, the shadow loses its grip, and you can finally start creating the results you’ve been craving. Question for you: Do you recognize yourself in this — staying busy but not moving forward? What does that look like in your daily life right now? Begin by taking the workshop: From Frustration to Satisfaction.
