Hey Jed! Joined this group a while ago but didn't engage much. I recently saw your YT video detailing the BK.
I can relate so have some practical questions:
- I raised quite a bit of money before flaming out. Since I was able to commit capital as an independent sponsor could negotiate a ~35-45% equity slice. What are you seeing from institutional capital for those who aren't committing capital?
- Related to #1, I found the team was critical if there was little/no skin in the game, are you finding that's increased/about the same?
