Hey gang! So a bit of context - I got introduced to "search first" back when we were called "fundless sponsors" - and this was NOT a compliment.
Used to be tough to get capital unless you went thru the brain damage of the registration process.
These days - MUCH easier.
Anyway, I raised a bit over $1.2Bn over the course of 2018-2023 all in healthcare. We closed $38M in our first portfolio in March of 2020 and were mostly BK by May! (covid shut down home healthcare in most states)
We exited the platform in 2023. (ask me about how waterfalls suck)
Now looking to get back in the game.
