Hello from Boston MA!

Hi all. Glad to be part of this community.

My name is Adi. My wife and I live in the greater Boston area.

My background is in professional services (strategy consulting for a couple of years, and then business value consulting for the last 5 years), while my wife owns her own wedding photography business serving the New England market.

We want to acquire an existing business for a couple reasons: (1) see direct impact of our work, especially for me comparing with my corporate job, (2) want to deepen our connection with the local community by taking over a successful, local business, (3) taking a shot at potential generational wealth and legacy building for our family where we have time flexibility, have better control of our own schedule, and have the resources to positively impact others where needed.

We're looking to acquire in the New England / Northeast market, with the following criteria: (1) B2B service business with retiring owner, (2) $3-5M annual revenue with 20-30% SDE margin, (3) 10+ years in operation and 10+ employees.
