Hey Everyone,

Just a quick announcement here as we head into the holidays.

The traditional methods of sourcing off-market lead lists are dead -> thanks to Google's new Gemini 3 pro model and Anti-gravity.

I've been "heads-down" the past 2 weeks completely rebuilding the off-market sourcing workflows for Sunset Coast and I'm excited to show you what those look like very soon.

2. I'm using this week to try and get the structure for our active deal at Sunset Coast across the finish line. We've got commercial debt and anchor equity on board- just need to see if our private credit provider is going to play ball or not. Wish us luck!
