INSTRUCTIONS:
1. breathe in through your nose slowly until you can’t anymore
2. once you feel like you reached your breathe capacity take one more quick sharp breathe in to really expand your diaphragm(hold for as long as you can)
3. breathe out slowly through mouth
repeat for a minimum of 2 mins
