Speak up...
In Chapter 1 of The Mighty Warrior Way, the author shares, "..moments where speaking up, even in fear, changed the trajectory of my life. Whether it was asking questions others avoided or standing for what was right, each instance reinforced a truth: courage is not the absence of fear; it’s action in spite of it."
The problem. The solution.
The problem: Many people with valuable insights and convictions stay silent out of fear - fear of rejection, conflict, or getting it wrong. This silence can lead to missed opportunities and compromised integrity."
The solution: Develop the habit of speaking up with both courage and respect. This means preparing your thoughts, understanding your audience, and anchoring your words in truth and value.
