You can change your life here. Discipline is how it starts. Show up on time. Do the job right. Leave it better than you found it. Nobody will stand over you and make you care. The people who move up are the ones who do the right thing when it would be easier not to. 💪
Who you stand next to matters. A lazy crew will pull you down. A sharp crew will make you better. Schultz Lawncare is building the second one. A high-performing team, chasing the biggest goals in life. 🔥
It takes effort, heart, and grit. Hot days. Hard stops. Customers who are short. You stay in it. We win together. Your effort makes the whole crew look like what we say we are. Bring that, and there is room to grow. We are here to maximize everybody’s success. Yours included. Do your part. Together we will win. 🏆
