“Cannot resolve alone”
The deepest point of mentorship is unpaid (unless particular skillset sought), identifying someone (even less experienced, younger, etc) contains the ability to hold us accountable. “Make them into a mentor.”
I had to go to the lowest personal point, actively (some the lowest point motivates change, while some are driven for a cause, that else is overlooked; more so discovering spiritual accuracy, when the lowest point dictates the furthest effort for discovery).
The lowest point dictates study and education of mentorship so it is on the mind to the degree the universe (or “God”) itself must “reveal” what is sought, when it cannot be expressed.
I did this by internalizing (versus travel, which creates positive energy), focusing on mentorship, and what there is control over, until something practical appeared (being clear is classically suggested; what is measurable is improvable, statistically- business, end dates- goal setting, rating scale (one to ten)- value)).
When we know we need something, but cannot verbalize, due lack of education, or whatever, there is only our own effort- our essence- to “seek”. We know there is solution, but we need to get to the point we can verbalize, and refine what’s sought.
This does work, however in my case it took extensive time. If critical- part of your purpose, time is secondary, though creates strain. (I’m hoping the group saves myself, and others, time.)
