Even as a physician myself, I often find it quite challenging to differentiate "garbage science" from high power clinical trials that deserve our utmost attention and respect. Thanks Idrees for what you're doing. I dont think people appreciate exactly how much work it takes to distill research into presentable digestable information. It's an order of magnitude more work to create your videos than the "work" from influencers you correct
