Hi everyone! I created this community to help people getting organized to plan their projects using effective planning steps/tools; from project definition, budget and implemention/ tracking. This initial post will be focused on small home projects, however, in the future I will provide answers to questions to seniors planners working on major capital projects. With my Industrial Engineering, Bussiness Administration, and Project Controls professional background, I will be able to effectively facilitate this comumity.
