Rose Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens) Whipped Cream
Flavor whipped cream with an organic rose geranium hydrosol for a slight hint of floral, and use it for cocoa or a dessert cake. Recipe: 1 cup heavy cream 3 tablespoons powdered sugar 2 tablespoons of rose geranium hydrosol - Add the cream, powdered sugar, and hydrosol - Whip on medium speed - Continue whipping to soft or medium peaks.
