May is the month I was born! The month that brings blooms, blessings and replenishments. It is so rich with a giving spirit! And to honor all of this I’d like to welcome you to join me in 31 Days of Self Reflection - so you can look into your own eyes and see where you are blooming, anchor your blessings and replenish your self if that is so what you need … from your own Self. Everyday at 1:30pm EST until May 31st! I chose this time because I was born at 1:30, but in the middle of the night, now we are obviously not going to do this in the middle of the night, so mid-afternoon is purfection. In this practice, you can expect a 13-minute eye gazing ritual with me and any support you may need thereafter, we will flow. This takes place via livestream in this community, so be sure to login and be ready to dive in. Bring tissues, a sacred journal and have a mirror near by. In addition, if you want to make this super juicy and fruitful, I highly recommend having a dry erase market so you can write yourself messages as they arise while in practice, and lipstick to give yourself kisses. This will be deep. This will be intense. This will bring up emotions. This will be self inducing intimacy. And this can very well change your life…and ignite a powerful and passionate relationship with your Self!
