Using Claude Code to Build a Sales Coach for My Agency

Just dropped a new one.

I built a live AI sales coach with Claude Code. It sits in the background of your Zoom calls, listens in real time, compares what you're saying to your script, and feeds you suggestions on screen so you never miss a step.

What it does:

Listens to both sides of the call live (you + the prospect)
Compares what you say against your sales script in real time
Feeds you the next step, objection-handling cues, and missed opportunities on screen
Builds up context on the prospect as the call goes (saves the key points for later)
Tracks what you're hitting and what you're skipping
Saves a full transcript and coaching log per call

Took about 90 minutes to build, no coding. And I tested it live on an actual sales call with someone from my team to see if it holds up. You get to see the whole thing, including the bugs and the mic issues I had to fight through.

This isn't just for sales calls either. Swap the script, and you can use it for CSM calls, upsell calls, or training new closers.
