Tracking KPIs Manually vs Automatically
Having it all automated sounds awesome but I was watching a video where a guy goes over a sheet he's made (ceo dashboard) and he said that you shouldn't automate KPI tracking (at least for these specific metrics) because you lose insight on why the data even is like that in the first place, curious to get a couple opinons on this to figure out which one would be the best or if there is a middle ground somewhere where some metrics are worth automating while others should be manually filled.
