As beauty pros we all want to be fully booked. We want to be wanted. Something nobody tells you is that you can be fully booked but it starts with your willingness to grow. How booked are you? 1. Just started. 2. 1-2 weeks ago month booked. 3. No more space. I had to close my books. What can I do next?

There will be things that you will do that may be scary. They may seem scary because they are hard. What if I told you everyone that has successfully accomplished something was once scared of that very thing they mastered, the only difference is that they didn’t let the scary thing stop them from trying. Would you believe that when I started doing nails I was terrified of the efile. I was so scared that I told myself I would never use it. The excuse to not have to use it was “because I wanted to keep my clients nails healthy” . Thankfully I was challenged by my employer at the time to use my efile for certain services and she believed that I could do it. Her belief in me is what pushed me to try, even if I was scared. Fast forward to now, being that the efile is the “bread and butter” to my nail lounge, I use the efile for every single service and guess what I do it without damaging my clients nails. All because I did it scared. Moral of the story, don’t let your lack of skill make something so scary that you don’t try it. Try it scared! What is one thing that seems so scary that you rather stay away from it right now?

Taking small steps towards your goal is better than not moving at all. Find something small you can work on today to make your business that much more profitable. What is a goal you have set for yourself for 2026?
