How do you handle close game?

We recently had a scrimmage and the kids played well. There are definitely things we need to clean up. One area I had a question about is an end of game situation. (I know I need to practice this more.) However, I wanted to know how you all might handle this. If one of our principles of play is to Race first Race always, what do you do or how do you handle the final 2 or 3 minutes if you are up by only 2 possessions? In PA we still don’t have a shot clock. What would you all do? Thanks!
