When I was 8 years old, I was fat, I played video games, and those loser broke teachers were telling me that "I'm never going to succeed," but I believed it for a long time,
till I started doing martial arts and discovered that I could lose weight and put on muscle then.
I did that for 2 years and found out that I could lose weight,
I started remembering the tiger forms very well. I also started going to the gym, and I've been able to go from 0 push-ups to 15 pull-ups without an issue.
Then, when I was 16, I had muscles and was skinny; then I discovered the power of fasting; if you fast, you.
Fulfill God's duties, and you give your body more time to lose weight and burn the waste from your body.
Don't listen to people who doubt you; listen to people who uplift you to lose weight.
If you want the perfect diet to strengthen your mindset for success, you must work out and eat as healthy as possible.
Since you've invested in your health by reading this, I'm ready to give you 3 of my secret diets that have helped me do 15 pull-ups.
  1. Workout at least 3 times a week:
If you work less than 3 times a week, you're in trouble because consistency is the key to losing weight. Don't be one of those pussy's that say, "Oh, it's new year, I'm going to work out in the gym.". Then that pussy says a few days after, "Oh, Howie, it's too much for me; I guess I'll do it once in a while." This is not how success works; it works like "I'm going to the gym no matter how hard it is because I'm being tested to see if I am a real man.
2.Cut out Chinese food and Junk food:
I'm including Chinese food because it has too many pieces that upset your stomach and too many GMOs.
Chinese food has been proven to decrease testosterone due to not realizing it has too many preservatives.
I see too many pussys go to McDonalds because of some celebrity being on a TV ad.
The celebrity doesn't care about you; the companies want to keep you fat.
Please cut out McDonald's and Popeyes and eat natural foods,
Like Steak and Chicken, also please cook eggs for protein.
Instead of Chinese food, eat Korean BBQ
Which has high protein and is a better diet.
3.Focus on your Testosterone:
For 99% of my life, I had never heard of testosterone till I started being on self-improvement, and then I heard Hamza say, "Your Testosterone Is essential."
Hamza is correct; if you're obese, then you have low testosterone. But if you are deprived, it's going to be hard for you to lose weight and focus on
Your goals.
If you sleep more and improve your eating habits, your testosterone is going to increase over time, and you shall become the Spartan that's able to do
30 pull-ups with no issues.
After reading this, don't be the pussy that goes to Popeyes and then starts to play video games, become the spartan warrior,
They can do 30 pull-ups and eat clean every day.
