I’ve been a chef for about 25 years, working across many parts of the industry. What’s kept me interested all this time is that food never stops teaching you. Even small discoveries turn into techniques and ways of thinking that apply far beyond a single recipe.
Here I’ll be sharing cooking techniques, experiments, desserts, drinks, family cooking, and food history — the same mindset as my YouTube and TikTok, just slower, more conversational, and more open to discussion.
