When you open one:

2️⃣ Click Download PDF or Copy Prompt Text.

3️⃣ Paste your chosen prompt into your favorite AI tool — ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini all work perfectly.

4️⃣ Fill in placeholders like [YOUR AGE], [YOUR BUSINESS TYPE], or [NUMBER OF WEEKS].

5️⃣ Save your favorite prompts or outcomes to your Notion, Google Docs, or your own prompt library.
