I am currently residing in Saudi Arabia. My investment portfolio is presently allocated as follows: 85% in Islamic Naya Pakistan Certificates (NPC), yielding a fixed return of 11%, and the remaining 15% in the Stock Market.

Currently, my equity investments (stocks) are yielding a negative return. My objective is to optimize my portfolio to achieve an overall consolidated annual return of 20%.

I am seeking professional advice on the necessary strategic shifts in asset allocation and risk management required to reach this target while maintaining a balanced risk profile.
