It began with a simple premise: the holiday entertainment industry deserves the same caliber of professional development available to any other field. Doctors have continuing education. Educators have professional learning communities. Business owners have coaches and consultants and masterminds. But holiday performers? For too long, the options were limited. You either had the option to attend an expensive in-person Santa school that required travel, hotel, and hundreds of dollars just to get in the room (some are well worth it and some are not), or the slow and lonely path of figuring it all out on your own.
The Claus Evolution provides a space to learn, grow, ask honest questions, and be challenged. The Claus Evolution is a declaration that this work matters and that the world is a better place when every child can find their Santa.
