SangamCRM Implemented for Fort International Academy (FIA) by Soham Technologies
FIA was facing challenges to maintain the enquiry & followup with the Parents seeking admission .
They were managing Enquiries on excel sheet or in the registers, Call were attended on Mobile, Landline or from Tata telephony.
Since they have multiple location ( almost 7 ) it was a very tideous job for management to Monitor entire Admission process from all centers.
After understanding their challenges we decided to manage everything from SangamCRM.
1. We designed Admission Enquiry form etc.
2. Integrated Justdial ( different locations ) with SangamCRM for getting leads
3. Integrated WhatsApp ( Gallabox ) with SangamCRM for getting leads & chat bot.
4. Integrated Tata Smart Flo ( Cloud Telephony ) with SangamCRM for managing Inbound & Outbound calls.
Now The whole system is getting Managed through single platform - SangamCRM.
Counselors are using SangamCRM Mobile app to check leads coming from Justdial, WhatsApp, Inbound calls.
They are making calls to Parents through SangamCRM Mobile app which in turn gets connected to Tata SmartFlo IVR, so now they have full call logs maintain with recording .
Entire Equiry & pre admission process is handeled through SangamCRM...
It has saved alot of manual task, saved time & energy , the whole system is automated running through single platform called "SANGAMCRM".
