The Sandtray Self-Care Circle is a restorative space for mental health therapists and professionals who want to slow down, reconnect, and explore creative self-care.
This community uses sandtray and experiential practices to support self-reflection, nervous system regulation, and curiosity. No prior sandtray experience, special materials, or specific theoretical orientation is required. Sandtray can gently integrate with many modalities as a non-verbal, symbolic layer of reflection.
This is not a clinical training, supervision, or therapy group. It is a peer-based space for therapists to care for themselves, explore creativity, and reconnect with what sustains them.
Come as you are. Move at your own pace. Curiosity is enough.
